Mr. Frank O�Loughlan P O Koorooman via Leongatha wrote on 11/9/17 and asked for the military address of R Sproull. He was forwarded the address
On July 15th 1917 he filled out a will form leaving his estate to his mother Mrs. Sproull of 27 Watt St S S Glasgow. The witnesses were Arthur Smith of Park Hill Lockhart farmer of NSW and James Littlefield of Rockdale Sydney NSW.
He was not moved to Hoog Crater Cemetery but is at Menin Road Cemetery
Bob Sprooll had a nephew named in his honour. That Bob Sproull served in the 2nd AIF. He was captured in Singapore and served the war in Changi Prison Singapore, the Burma Railway and again in Changi. At the time of writing he is still alive and living in Lang Lang.
