6/8/15 He was admitted to no 1 Stationary Hospital Mudros with debility
12/8/15 He was discharged to his unit
24/8/15 He suffered from septic hands went to hospital in Mudros
13/9/15 He is transferred to the 18th Stationary Hospital Mudros
19/9/15 He rejoined his unit
21/11/15 He returned to hospital sick and was admitted to the New Zealand field ambulance at Anzac and then to the Casualty Clearing Station Mudros with jaundice
26/11/15 still ill goes to Alexandria and goes to the No 3 auxiliary hospital Heliopolis.
10/12/15 He went to a convalescent camp in Alexandria
21/12/15 discharged and rejoins unit on 5/1/16
30/1/16 He died as a result of brain concussion. This was considered as the result of an accident
He was buried at Ismailia Cemetery by the Rev H Ingamall Grave number 846
His medals were sent to his mother
